To help customers monitor the production of their solar power systems in real time, SoCore Energy, in partnership with EnphaseEnergy, offers a remote solar power monitoring system for your solar installation called EnphaseEnlighten.
The Enphase Enlighten monitoring system includes:
- Solar summary views
- Production totals by day, week, month and life-time
- Time-lapse motion summary
- Production numbers down to the panel level
- Verification of system performance
- Optional performance alerts and notifications
In addition to access to the SoCore Atrium, SoCore monitoring personnel also remotely monitor your system for you and will receive notification should any maintenance be needed at your site. It is the SoCore promise to provide our customers with a response time of 24 hours or less to resolve any issue.
